Issues

 * I am all for doing a rate a study and see if we are overpaying or underpaying for water and sewer

* I am a strong advocate in a citizens voice and feel we need more mechanisms of communication

* I think citizens need to be more participants on committees than allowed today.

There are many other issues such as affordability I will be addressing as well as looking into appropriate spending vs. "JUST SPENDING"
